The Value of Heart Centered Listening
When you are Heart Centered Listening you give 100% of your focus to the other person, you listen to the words and even beyond to the feelings, needs, and energy of the speaker.
There are no interruptions, judgments, or interpretations according to your own beliefs or experiences. When Heart Centered Listening is practiced you will notice focused eye contact, receptive body language, a facial expression that shows interest and a sense of total presence with the speaker.
Your success is enhanced by the quality of your relationships. The quality of your relationships is determined by the trust you build with others, and one effective way you can build trust is through the skill of listening.
